條件性恐懼 ( Conditioned Fear) 也稱場(chǎng)景恐懼實(shí)驗(yàn),是基于巴普洛夫條件反射而建立的一種經(jīng)典的誘導(dǎo)焦慮反應(yīng)模型的方法。它測(cè)定動(dòng)物學(xué)習(xí)、記憶不悅經(jīng)歷(aversive experience)和環(huán)境暗示之間關(guān)聯(lián)的能力。常用聲音或光暗示作為條件刺激(conditioning stimulus,CS),以厭惡性刺激(如足電擊)作為非條件刺激(unconditioning stimulus,US),二者配對(duì)出現(xiàn)。在條件性恐懼實(shí)驗(yàn)中動(dòng)物會(huì)表現(xiàn)出一種特有的凝滯(freezing)狀態(tài),通過(guò)觀察并記錄動(dòng)物的凝滯時(shí)間、凝滯總次數(shù)以及活動(dòng)度等相關(guān)參數(shù)可以考察其學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力和焦慮狀態(tài)。
